In my role as Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Universities Group, I delivered the keynote speech at the recent Graduate Employability Forum. This event brings together industry experts to provide insight into how to prepare graduates for the world of work.
Following on from the rise in tuition fees in 2012, the prospects of graduates and the levels of graduate employment have been under increased scrutiny. There also continues to be much debate around skills gaps and patterns within the labour market.
